-Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Manager in a fine dining restaurant
-Experience in an upscale restaurant a must
-Business or Hospitality degree a plus
-Impeccable service standards, clean work habits and attention to detail
-Ability to perform well under pressure and within tight deadlines
-Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior
-Professional, polished appearance with the ability to interact with all types of team members
-Must have excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to work a flexible schedule
-Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Experience booking and executing private events
